Both pools below are ours, built inside Island Estates. Barrier island work is its own discipline: salt air kills equipment that would last a decade inland, so hardware, fasteners and the equipment pad get corrosion rated treatment as standard here, and every build is pre-wired for a heat pump because oceanfront wind stretches the season a heater has to fight.

Island Estates lots give a designer room that a standard plat never does, and the community architectural review gets the same treatment as any HOA in our scope: the 3D design you approve is the package the board sees. A1A corridor wind zone engineering is carried by our screen specialist as a matter of course.
