Coastal builds, including Island Estates

We have built in Island Estates, the gated Hammock community between the Intracoastal and the ocean, and barrier-island work is its own discipline. Salt air kills equipment that would last a decade inland, so hardware, fasteners and the equipment pad get corrosion-rated treatment as standard on our Hammock builds, and heat pump pre-wire matters more here than anywhere, because oceanfront wind extends the season a heater has to fight.

A1A corridor lots also sit in a stricter wind zone, which changes enclosure engineering. Our screen specialist works to it.
